When you book a counselling appointment, we may collect your preferred date and time, counsellor selection, appointment history, messages, requests, feedback and information necessary to provide the counselling service.

The Android application may process account information, educational information, assessment information, app usage information and technical device information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Any permissions requested by the Android application will be limited to functions relevant to the features offered through the application.
Users can review or change permissions by opening:

## 8. iOS Application Privacy
The Next Generation Edu iOS application follows this Privacy Policy in addition to applicable Apple App Store requirements.
The iOS application may process account information, educational information, assessment information, app usage information and technical device information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Where an iOS feature requires access to protected device information or functionality, iOS will display a permission request where required.
